About the Role
The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data across various systems and spreadsheets. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, and the ability to work with speed and accuracy. The Data Entry Specialist supports operational and administrative departments by ensuring that all information is recorded correctly, organized efficiently, and readily accessible for reporting and decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data into Excel sheets, databases, and internal systems
- Review, verify, and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required
- Organize and maintain digital records and documentation
- Coordinate with departments to collect and validate information
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of company data
- Perform administrative tasks related to documentation and data management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Saudi nationality (mandatory)
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work with speed and maintain error‑free data
- Good communication and organizational skills
