About the Role
The Drilling Rigless Foreman is responsible for supervising and executing all rigless well intervention, workover, and maintenance operations in accordance with Aramco standards and oil & gas industry best practices. This role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant field activities while coordinating with drilling engineers, service contractors, and site teams to achieve operational targets. The Foreman oversees daily site operations, verifies equipment readiness, enforces safety procedures, and ensures all work is carried out within approved programs and HSE guidelines. The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise in rigless operations, and the ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams in high‑pressure environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise rigless operations including well intervention, stimulation, coiled tubing, slickline, nitrogen, and wellhead maintenance.
- Ensure all activities comply with Aramco safety standards, operational procedures, and permit-to-work systems.
- Review and execute daily work programs, ensuring proper planning, manpower allocation, and equipment readiness.
- Coordinate with drilling/workover engineers, contractors, and field teams to maintain smooth operations.
- Monitor well conditions, operational parameters, and job progress; report deviations and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and risk assessments before each operation.
- Verify contractor performance, service quality, and adherence to job specifications.
- Prepare daily operational reports, incident logs, and equipment utilization records.
- Ensure proper handling of well control equipment and emergency response readiness.
- Maintain strict compliance with environmental, safety, and quality management systems.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in rigless operations within the oil & gas sector.
- Strong knowledge of well intervention, stimulation, slickline, coiled tubing, and wellhead operations.
- Previous experience working on Aramco projects is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
- Strong understanding of HSE standards and well control procedures.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or related engineering field (preferred).
