About the Role
The Driving Instructor will be responsible for delivering safe, structured, and professional driving training to new learners in Jubail. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to guide trainees through both theoretical and practical driving sessions. The instructor will ensure that each learner receives personalized coaching, adheres to traffic regulations, and gains confidence behind the wheel. The role also demands punctuality, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining high training standards that reflect the values of View Drive.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct practical driving lessons for new learners in a safe and professional manner.
- Teach road safety, traffic rules, and defensive driving techniques.
- Assess learner performance and provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Maintain training schedules and ensure punctuality for all sessions.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, safe, and ready for training at all times.
- Promote a positive learning environment that supports confidence and skill development.
- Report training progress and any concerns to the training supervisor.
Requirements
- Previous experience in driving instruction or training (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Saudi traffic laws and safe driving practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of seriousness, professionalism, and commitment.
- Ability to manage training schedules and adhere to appointment times.
- Patience, confidence, and the ability to work with learners of different skill levels.
- Valid Saudi driving license.
- Female candidates only (as per training center requirements).
