About the Role
The Electrical Engineer will oversee the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems for EPC projects, ensuring full compliance with ARAMCO standards, project specifications, and safety regulations. The role requires strong technical expertise, site coordination, and the ability to manage subcontractors and vendors in fast‑paced project environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and validate electrical designs, SLDs, load schedules, cable sizing, and technical drawings
- Prepare and review material submittals, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs)
- Supervise installation of electrical systems including LV/MV panels, transformers, grounding, lighting, power distribution, and control systems
- Conduct site inspections, ensure compliance with ARAMCO/IEC/NEC standards
- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and instrumentation teams for seamless project execution
- Manage subcontractors, monitor progress, and resolve technical issues on site
- Support testing & commissioning, troubleshooting, and energization activities
- Prepare progress reports, red‑line drawings, and as‑built documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in EPC or industrial projects
- ARAMCO project experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards (IEC, NEC, NFPA)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, and MS Office
- Strong communication and coordination skills
