About the Role
The Electrical Technician performs preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems across industrial facilities in Ras Tanura and Safaniya. The role ensures safe operation of equipment, supports troubleshooting activities, and assists senior technicians in maintaining uninterrupted workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspection and maintenance of electrical panels, wiring, motors, and control systems
- Diagnose electrical faults and perform corrective repairs
- Support installation of electrical components and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and lockout/tagout standards
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and daily activity reports
- Assist in shutdown, startup, and emergency repair operations
Requirements
- High school diploma or above
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety practices
- Ability to read simple electrical diagrams (preferred)
- Experience in industrial or facility maintenance is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to work in field environments
