About the Role
The EMS Lead oversees emergency medical operations, ensuring efficient coordination, compliance, and high‑quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise paramedic teams and manage shift schedules.
- Ensure adherence to EMS protocols and safety standards.
- Conduct performance evaluations and training sessions.
- Coordinate emergency response strategies.
- Review incident reports and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain communication with medical leadership and external agencies.
- Ensure ambulance fleet readiness and equipment compliance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in EMS, Nursing, or related field.
- 5+ years of EMS experience, including leadership roles.
- Valid certifications: ACLS, BLS, PHTLS.
- Strong leadership and crisis‑management skills.
- Valid Saudi License.
