About the Role
The English Language Trainer plays a key role in delivering high‑quality training programs that enhance learners’ communication skills, professional English usage, and overall language proficiency. This role requires a trainer who is academically qualified, creatively skilled, and capable of using modern digital tools to deliver engaging, effective learning experiences. The trainer will design lessons, develop training materials, create digital content, and facilitate interactive sessions that support learners in achieving measurable progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured English language training sessions covering grammar, vocabulary, writing, speaking, and professional communication.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, worksheets, and digital learning content tailored to different learner levels.
- Use e‑learning tools and platforms to conduct virtual or blended training programs.
- Create visually appealing educational content using graphic design tools.
- Produce and edit short training videos, tutorials, and learning clips to support course delivery.
- Write clear, engaging educational content for presentations, handouts, and online modules.
- Assess learners’ progress through quizzes, assignments, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain a positive, motivating learning environment that encourages participation and skill development.
- Collaborate with the institute’s team to improve training quality and introduce new learning methods.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in English Language or a related field.
- Strong ability to conduct training and manage classroom or online learning environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Solid graphic design skills for creating training visuals and educational materials.
- Video editing and content‑writing skills for producing digital learning resources.
- Ability to use e‑learning tools, platforms, and digital teaching technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional teaching attitude.
