About the Role
The Executive Secretary provides high‑level administrative and organizational support to senior management, ensuring efficient workflow, communication, and coordination across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of executives.
- Organize travel arrangements, events, and logistics.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure document accuracy.
- Support daily administrative operations to enhance executive productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in executive secretarial roles.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, time‑management, and multitasking skills.
