About the Role
The Government Relations Officer (GRO) is responsible for handling all government-related processes and documentation for the company. This includes dealing with ministries and government platforms, processing visas, work permits, licenses, and ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Government transactions: Process and follow up on visas, Iqama renewals, licenses, and other official documents.
- Liaison role: Represent the company at government offices and official entities.
- Regulatory compliance: Ensure company activities comply with Saudi labor and commercial regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all government-related transactions.
- Advisory: Update management on changes in regulations and their impact on operations.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in government relations in Saudi Arabia.
- Familiarity with government portals and procedures (e.g., Absher, Qiwa, Muqeem, etc.).
- Strong Arabic communication; basic English is an advantage.
General Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree (depending on role).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in the same or related field.
- Nationality: Saudi.
- Location: Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
- Soft skills: Professional attitude, teamwork, reliability, and willingness to learn.
