About the Role
The Heavy Driver is responsible for transporting materials, equipment, and personnel safely across shutdown project sites. This role requires excellent driving skills, knowledge of industrial traffic rules, and strict adherence to Aramco safety standards. Heavy Drivers play a key role in ensuring timely movement of resources, supporting operational continuity, and preventing delays in critical shutdown activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate heavy vehicles such as trailers, dump trucks, buses, or forklifts (as applicable).
- Transport materials, tools, and personnel safely within project areas.
- Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections of vehicles.
- Follow all traffic rules, site regulations, and Aramco safety protocols.
- Report mechanical issues and ensure proper vehicle maintenance.
- Coordinate with supervisors for scheduled and emergency transport needs.
Skills & Requirements
- Aramco Vendor Code (mandatory).
- Valid heavy vehicle driving license (Saudi‑recognized).
- Strong understanding of industrial driving safety and site traffic rules.
- Ability to operate heavy vehicles confidently in congested work zones.
- Good communication and discipline.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS (MANDATORY)
- Valid Iqama (minimum 3 months)
- Muqeem print (3 months validity)
- Passport copy (3 months validity)
- Blood group certificate
- Online Chamber agreement
- Valid insurance (3 months)
- Ajeer (if required)
