About the Role
We are hiring skilled and experienced professionals to support ongoing industrial and EPC projects in the Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for qualified candidates who can contribute to safe, efficient, and high‑quality project execution. The available positions include WPR (Aramco Approved), Welding Foreman, and Fabricator. Each role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth operations, compliance with standards, and timely project delivery.
Selected candidates will be responsible for supporting site operations through effective permit coordination, welding supervision, and high‑precision fabrication work. The combined workforce will ensure that all activities meet Aramco, international, and project‑specific standards, while maintaining strict adherence to safety, quality, and productivity requirements.
Key Responsibilities (Combined Across All Roles)
1. Work Permit & Site Coordination (WPR – Aramco Approved)
- Manage and secure all required work permits (Hot Work, Cold Work, Confined Space, Excavation, etc.)
- Conduct pre‑job inspections and verify site readiness before permit issuance
- Coordinate with Aramco representatives, safety teams, and site supervisors
- Ensure all hazards are identified and mitigated through JSA/JHA
- Maintain accurate permit logs, validity tracking, and closure documentation
- Enforce compliance with Aramco GI, SAES, and HSE regulations
2. Welding Supervision & Quality Control (Welding Foreman)
- Lead and supervise welders during daily site activities
- Review WPS, PQR, and technical drawings before execution
- Ensure correct welding processes, consumables, and equipment are used
- Monitor weld quality and coordinate with QA/QC for inspections and NDT
- Reduce rework through proper guidance, training, and quality oversight
- Prepare daily progress reports and manpower allocation
3. Fabrication & Assembly (Fabricator)
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings, isometrics, and sketches
- Cut, shape, bend, and assemble metal components with precision
- Fabricate structural frames, supports, brackets, and piping spools
- Operate fabrication tools such as cutting machines, grinders, and shears
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and high‑quality workmanship
- Support welders and supervisors to maintain smooth workflow
Combined Requirements for All Positions
- Relevant experience in EPC, industrial, or oil & gas projects
- Strong understanding of safety practices and site protocols
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (for Foreman & Fabricator roles)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in fast‑paced, high‑demand environments
Role‑Specific Requirements
- WPR: Aramco Approved (Mandatory), 3–5+ years experience
- Welding Foreman: 5+ years experience, strong knowledge of SMAW/GTAW/FCAW
- Fabricator: 3–5+ years experience in structural/piping fabrication
