About the Role
The Housing Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising company staff accommodation facilities. This includes ensuring that housing is safe, clean, well-maintained, and compliant with company policies and local regulations. The role involves coordinating maintenance work, handling tenants’ requests and complaints, and organizing room allocations and check-in/check-out procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accommodation management: Oversee daily operations of staff housing and ensure proper use of facilities.
- Maintenance coordination: Report and follow up on maintenance issues with relevant departments or external vendors.
- Health and safety: Ensure housing complies with safety, hygiene, and security standards.
- Records and reports: Maintain updated records of occupants, room assignments, and housing inventory.
- Communication: Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding housing-related matters.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in housing supervision, camp management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
General Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree (depending on role).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in the same or related field.
- Nationality: Saudi.
- Location: Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
- Soft skills: Professional attitude, teamwork, reliability, and willingness to learn.
