About the Role
We are seeking highly qualified HSE Safety Officers to support long‑term industrial operations in Jafurah. This role is critical in maintaining safe working conditions, preventing incidents, and ensuring full compliance with Aramco-level safety standards.
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong command of HSE regulations, disciplined site supervision, and the ability to enforce safety protocols in high‑risk industrial environments.
Professionals with Aramco experience are especially valued due to their familiarity with strict operational controls, documentation requirements, and safety expectations within Saudi Arabia’s oil and gas sector.

Core Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with approved HSE procedures.
- Conduct routine inspections of tools, equipment, scaffolding, and PPE.
- Identify hazards, implement corrective actions, and prevent unsafe practices.
- Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and worker awareness sessions.
- Prepare daily/weekly safety reports and maintain accurate incident records.
- Participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessments, and Permit‑to‑Work processes.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and project management to improve safety performance.
- Assist during emergencies, support incident investigations, and recommend preventive measures.
- Maintain strict discipline on-site and ensure adherence to all safety regulations.
Required Expertise & Certifications Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of Aramco experience (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety practices, hazard control, and emergency response.
- Ability to manage workers professionally in demanding environments.
Mandatory Certifications:
- IOSH Certificate
- NEBOSH
- NEBOSH Email Verification
- OSHA
- BLS
- First Aid
- Verification proof for all international certificates required.
