About the Role
The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for managing end‑to‑end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with labor regulations. The role ensures smooth HR processes and supports organizational growth through effective talent management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws.
- Support performance management and training initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, contracts, and documentation.
- Coordinate with departments to fulfill staffing needs.
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Utilize Microsoft Office for reporting, tracking, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
