About the Role

The HR Trainee supports recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. This role provides exposure to the full HR cycle within a fast‑paced retail/restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.
  • Support onboarding, orientation, and employee file management.
  • Help maintain HR databases, attendance records, and HRIS updates.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities and internal communication.
  • Support compliance with labor laws and company policies.
