About the Role
The HVAC Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective HVAC maintenance
- Troubleshoot chillers, package units, split units, AHUs, FCUs
- Check refrigerant levels, compressors, motors, and thermostats
- Conduct airflow testing and system balancing
- Maintain service logs and technical reports
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in HVAC maintenance
- Knowledge of refrigeration cycles and HVAC controls
- Certification in HVAC or refrigeration is an advantage
Minimum Requirements:
- All roles: Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field
- Technical roles: Minimum 3 years of experience in Facility Maintenance Division
- Availability: Candidates must be locally available in Saudi Arabia with valid transfer documents
