About the Role
We are urgently seeking experienced Instrument Technicians to support an ongoing oil & gas project in Khurais. The role requires strong technical expertise in installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of field instrumentation used in process control systems. Candidates must be fully competent in working within industrial, refinery, or oil & gas environments, ensuring instrumentation reliability, safety compliance, and smooth plant operations.
This position is ideal for technicians who can work independently, respond quickly to operational needs, and maintain high standards of accuracy and safety.

- Contract: 3+ Months (extendable based on performance & project needs)

🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, and maintain a wide range of field instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, level, analyzers).
- Perform calibration and loop checking of transmitters, control valves, switches, and sensors.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot instrumentation faults to minimize downtime.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities as per project schedules.
- Interpret P&IDs, loop drawings, wiring diagrams, and OEM manuals.
- Support commissioning, start-up, and shutdown activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and plant procedures.
- Coordinate with operations, electrical, and control system teams for smooth workflow.
- Prepare maintenance reports, calibration records, and documentation.
📌 Required Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/Technical Certification in Instrumentation or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial plants.
- Strong knowledge of field instrumentation, control systems, and calibration tools.
- Hands-on experience with DCS/PLC interfaces (preferred).
- Ability to work in remote site conditions and meet project deadlines.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols (LOTO, PTW, HSE compliance).
