About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive IT Professional to join our growing team in Dammam. The ideal candidate will support daily technical operations, assist employees with IT-related issues, and contribute to maintaining a secure, efficient, and reliable technology environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide first‑level technical support to staff across various departments.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, printers, and IT equipment.
- Support the setup and maintenance of user accounts, email systems, and access permissions.
- Ensure proper documentation of IT procedures, incidents, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades, security improvements, and new technology implementations.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and deliver timely support in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and a solid understanding of basic IT concepts.
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply — training and guidance will be provided.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of networking, routers, and switches.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and common business applications.
