About the Role
The IT Support Assistant will provide frontline technical support across the organization, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and user devices. Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in IT support, including troubleshooting hardware and technical equipment
- Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and basic network administration
- Strong communication skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Detail‑oriented, committed, and able to work effectively within a technical team environment
