About the Role
The Mechanical Engineer will manage the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems across EPC projects, ensuring compliance with ARAMCO specifications and industry standards. The role involves technical review, site supervision, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate mechanical designs, P&IDs, equipment layouts, and technical drawings
- Oversee installation of HVAC systems, pumps, piping networks, compressors, fire‑fighting systems, and mechanical equipment
- Prepare and review material submittals, method statements, and ITPs
- Conduct site inspections, ensuring adherence to ARAMCO and international standards
- Coordinate with procurement for equipment selection and vendor evaluation
- Support testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, safety standards, and project timelines
- Prepare progress reports, as‑built documentation, and technical logs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in EPC or industrial projects
- ARAMCO project experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, fire‑fighting, and mechanical systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/MEP, and MS Office
- Strong analytical and coordination skills
