About the Role
The Occupational Health Nurse promotes employee health, safety, and wellness through preventive care and workplace health programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct employee health assessments and screenings.
- Manage workplace injuries and coordinate return‑to‑work plans.
- Implement health promotion and wellness programs.
- Maintain medical records and surveillance reports.
- Provide training on safety, ergonomics, and emergency response.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Occupational Health.
- 3+ years of occupational health experience.
- Valid Saudi License.
- Certifications in occupational health or safety preferred.
- Strong knowledge of workplace hazards and preventive care.
