Your Tasks

• Plan and schedule inspections to ensure that inspectors, equipment, and required permits are available and prepared in advance.
• Coordinate with clients and site teams to arrange site access, confirm safety requirements, and align inspection timelines.
• Monitor inspection progress and proactively address any delays, scheduling conflicts, or operational issues.
• Review and organize inspection reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable standards and company procedures.
• Maintain proper documentation and records to support audits, certifications, and quality assurance requirements.
• Provide operational support by coordinating logistics, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and following up on required actions.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant.
• 1 – 2 years of experience.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively under pressure.
