About the Role
The Packing & Labeling Worker plays a vital role in ensuring that all food products are packed, sealed, labeled, and prepared according to strict hygiene, safety, and quality standards. This position supports daily production operations and contributes directly to the company’s commitment to delivering safe, high‑quality food products to customers across the Kingdom.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform packing, sealing, and labeling of food items according to production guidelines.
- Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and follow all food safety protocols.
- Operate basic packing tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Follow supervisor instructions and report any issues or irregularities immediately.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of finished goods.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production line.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment.
- Strong commitment to hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
- Team‑oriented attitude with good communication skills.
