About the Role
The Procurement Officer manages purchasing activities to ensure timely, cost‑effective acquisition of medical supplies and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate suppliers.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast needs.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments for supply requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of procurement experience (healthcare preferred).
- Strong negotiation and vendor‑management skills.
- Knowledge of procurement systems and regulations.
- Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
