About the Role
Industry: Precast / Railway Sleeper Manufacturing
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 8–15 years in precast or sleeper production
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily production activities
- Ensure full compliance with EN 13230 and EN 206 standards
- Supervise prestressing, casting, curing, and demoulding operations
- Lead production teams and coordinate shift activities
- Monitor KPIs, production efficiency, quality performance, and HSE adherence
Candidate Profile We are looking for a professional with strong expertise in prestressed concrete systems, proven leadership capabilities, and a solid background in production management within precast or sleeper manufacturing environments.
