About the Role
The BIM Coordinator will manage BIM workflows, models, and coordination activities for EPC projects. The role requires strong technical expertise in BIM software and experience working with multidisciplinary teams under ARAMCO standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and update BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure model accuracy and clash-free designs
- Conduct clash detection, resolve conflicts, and prepare coordination reports
- Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ARAMCO standards
- Prepare 4D/5D models, quantity take-offs, and visual presentations
- Support design reviews, shop drawings, and as‑built model development
- Maintain BIM documentation, standards, and workflows
- Train and support project teams on BIM processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of BIM coordination experience
- ARAMCO project experience preferred
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and related tools
- Strong coordination and communication skills
