About the Role
Manage and execute recruitment and selection processes efficiently to provide qualified staff (veterinarians, assistants, and support employees), ensuring operational continuity and high-quality service delivery.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment plans based on clinic needs.
- Publish job advertisements through appropriate channels and attract qualified candidates.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and perform preliminary evaluations.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to identify job requirements and selection criteria.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition to signing the job offer.
- Build and maintain a database of potential candidates.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies when needed (locally and internationally).
- Follow up on international hiring procedures (visa issuance, contracts, arrival arrangements).
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the Kingdom.
- Prepare periodic reports on recruitment performance and KPIs.
- Enhance the candidate experience throughout all recruitment stages.
- Contribute to the development of recruitment and selection policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of practical experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Previous experience in the healthcare or veterinary sector is preferred.
Required Skills:
- Effective communication skills in both Arabic and English.
