Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Prepare job advertisements and publish them on suitable platforms.
- Screen résumés and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate with various departments to identify hiring needs.
- Prepare periodic recruitment reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
