About the Role
The Reservation Agent will handle customer inquiries, process bookings, and provide exceptional service to ensure a smooth reservation experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and booking requests
- Provide accurate information on services, availability, and pricing
- Process reservations efficiently and update the system
- Assist customers with modifications, cancellations, and special requests
- Maintain customer satisfaction through professional communication
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in reservations or customer service is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
