Safety Officer

AL Bayan Global General Contracting Est. is urgently seeking qualified Safety Officers for a long‑term oil and gas project in Jafurah, Saudi Arabia. This role is critical for maintaining strict Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards in a high‑risk industrial environment. Candidates must demonstrate strong experience in site safety management, regulatory compliance, and incident prevention. Only applicants with valid certifications and proven experience in industrial or oil and gas projects will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• || Safety Officers selected for this project will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with company safety policies and project‑specific HSE requirements. Core duties include:

• Conducting routine site inspections and identifying potential hazards

• Implementing corrective and preventive actions to maintain a safe work environment

• Delivering toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness sessions

• Monitoring high‑risk activities and ensuring proper use of PPE

• Reporting incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions

• Maintaining accurate safety documentation and daily records

• Coordinating with supervisors, engineers, and project management to enforce safety protocols

• Ensuring all operations comply with recognized industrial safety standards

Skills, Experience & Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial or oil and gas projects
• Mandatory certifications: NEBOSH, OSHA, BLS
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
• Ability to work under pressure in demanding site conditions
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• High attention to detail and strong hazard‑identification capability
• All documents must be valid and submitted in color copies
