About the Role
The Safety Officer ensures a safe working environment by implementing HSE policies, conducting inspections, and enforcing compliance with Saudi safety regulations. The role supports risk assessments, incident reporting, and safety training for staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily site inspections and enforce safety rules
- Prepare Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Risk Assessments
- Monitor compliance with company HSE policies and Saudi regulations
- Lead toolbox talks and safety training sessions
- Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of HSE experience
- Experience in facility maintenance or construction preferred
- NEBOSH / OSHA certification is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of emergency response procedures
Minimum Requirements:
- All roles: Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field
- Technical roles: Minimum 3 years of experience in Facility Maintenance Division
- Availability: Candidates must be locally available in Saudi Arabia with valid transfer documents
