About the Role
The Sales Associate will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience inside a beauty and hair‑care retail store. This role focuses on welcoming customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping journey. The ideal candidate is energetic, confident, and able to build rapport quickly with customers while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting hair‑care and beauty products
- Provide product knowledge, explain benefits, and guide customers toward suitable solutions
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through effective communication and persuasion
- Maintain store cleanliness, product display, and stock organization
- Handle basic cashier duties and ensure accurate transactions
- Support promotional activities and in‑store campaigns
- Build long‑term customer relationships to encourage repeat visits
Requirements
- Saudi nationality
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Presentable, confident, and customer‑focused
- Ability to work 8 hours per day, 6 days a week
