About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our expanding team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving business growth by identifying new project opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and securing contracts for specialized engineering services.
This position offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to some of the Kingdom’s most prominent projects across Data Centres, Healthcare, Infrastructure, Industrial Facilities, Hospitality, and Large Commercial Developments.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Business Growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Saudi construction and engineering sectors.
- Develop targeted sales strategies for key verticals, including data centres, hospitals, infrastructure, and major commercial developments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, PMCs, consultants, developers, and project owners.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, industry events, and networking engagements.
Deliver Technical Solutions
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions in:
- Commissioning Services
- Testing & Diagnostics
- Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB)
- Sustainability Services
- Building Information Modelling (BIM)
- Collaborate with Tendering and Technical teams to prepare competitive proposals and project submissions.
- Present technical solutions effectively, demonstrating the value of certified services such as NEBB, NETA, and LEED.
- Participate in commercial discussions and contract negotiations while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Stay Ahead of the Market
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming mega projects across the Kingdom.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and a well-structured sales pipeline.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights for management.
- Continuously identify opportunities to expand Testing and Commissioning services across various sectors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Business Development, MEP Services, Commissioning, or the Construction Industry in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi construction lifecycle, tendering processes, and contracting practices.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ASHRAE, CIBSE, NEBB, and NETA is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into practical business solutions.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
- Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel across the Kingdom.

- Experience working with contractors, consultants, and project owners.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
