R&B is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Person to join its dynamic retail team at Dareen Mall, Dammam. The Sales Person will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The position also involves maintaining store standards, supporting promotional activities, and contributing to overall branch performance. Candidates with previous experience in telecom or target-based sales fields will be given priority due to their familiarity with structured sales processes and customer engagement techniques.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers professionally and provide product guidance to support purchasing decisions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective communication and customer service.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and overall visual merchandising standards.
- Support promotional campaigns, in-store activities, and brand initiatives.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Coordinate with the store supervisor and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow company policies, sales procedures, and reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Saudi nationality or Saudi resident.
- Age between 18 to 45 years.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in telecom or target-driven sectors.
- Clean social insurance record with no objections or conflicting registrations.
- No criminal record.
- Strong communication skills, customer service mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
Work System
- Full-time position.
- 6 working days per week.
- Rotating shifts (morning / evening).
