About the Role
The Game Operator is the frontline ambassador of Toy Town, responsible for delivering a fun, safe, and memorable experience for children and families. This role ensures smooth operation of games and attractions, maintains safety standards, and provides exceptional customer service that reflects Toy Town’s family‑friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and create an engaging, cheerful atmosphere.
- Operate arcade games, rides, and attractions according to safety and operational guidelines.
- Assist children and families in understanding game rules and using equipment safely.
- Monitor play areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper behavior.
- Handle tokens, tickets, and game-related transactions accurately.
- Report any technical issues or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Support crowd control during busy hours, events, and birthday parties.
- Maintain the overall appearance of the gaming zone, ensuring it is clean, organized, and inviting.
- Uphold Toy Town’s customer service standards by responding to guest inquiries and resolving minor issues.

Requirements
- Saudi Nationals only (per company policy).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good communication skills (Arabic required; English is a plus).
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in entertainment centers, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage.
