About the Role
The Safety Officer ensures compliance with EHS standards, promotes safe work practices, and monitors site activities to prevent incidents. This role is critical for maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily site inspections and enforce safety regulations.
- Prepare risk assessments, JSA, and safety reports.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi EHS standards and company policies.
- Deliver toolbox talks and safety training sessions.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe execution of activities.
- Monitor PPE usage, permit‑to‑work systems, and emergency procedures.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Saudi nationals only.
- Minimum 3 years of safety experience in construction or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of EHS standards and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
