About the Role
The Scaffolder (TUV Certified) is responsible for assembling, dismantling, and maintaining scaffolding structures in accordance with Saudi safety regulations and TUV certification standards. This role requires strong technical knowledge of scaffolding systems, the ability to interpret site requirements, and strict adherence to safety protocols. Scaffolders will work closely with site supervisors, safety officers, and construction teams to ensure all scaffolding installations are secure, stable, and compliant with project specifications.
Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in erecting scaffolds at various heights, conducting routine inspections, identifying structural risks, and ensuring safe access for all site personnel. The job demands physical fitness, attention to detail, and the ability to work in fast‑paced industrial environments across the Eastern Province. Immediate mobilization is required, and all selected workers must provide valid documentation, including an original passport.

📌 Job Responsibilities
- Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding structures according to TUV standards
- Inspect scaffolding for stability, safety, and compliance before use
- Ensure proper bracing, tying, and leveling of scaffolds
- Read and interpret site plans, load requirements, and safety instructions
- Coordinate with supervisors and safety teams for scaffold placement
- Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition
- Follow all company and site safety regulations
- Report hazards, damages, or unsafe conditions immediately
- Support construction teams with safe access solutions
📌 Job Requirements
- TUV Certification – Mandatory
- Valid Iqama copy
- Original passport required for processing
- Experience in industrial or construction scaffolding
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and height‑work protocols
- Physically fit and able to work in demanding environments
- Ability to mobilize immediately
