About the Role
The MEP Engineer oversees mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within facility maintenance operations. The role ensures optimal performance, preventive maintenance planning, and technical troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise MEP maintenance activities and technical teams
- Prepare preventive and corrective maintenance plans
- Diagnose faults in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized works
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Prepare technical reports and maintenance documentation
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in MEP engineering (FM sector preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, pumps, and plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
Minimum Requirements:
- All roles: Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field
- Technical roles: Minimum 3 years of experience in Facility Maintenance Division
- Availability: Candidates must be locally available in Saudi Arabia with valid transfer documents
