About the Role
First point of contact for customers in the workshop, bridging communication between customers and technicians to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive vehicles and raise repair orders on dealer management systems.
- Understand customer needs and explain required services.
- Provide cost estimates and get customer approval for additional repairs.
- Sell value‑added services, contracts, and accessories.
- Follow up on job progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Raise warranty approvals and special parts orders.
- Prepare invoices and ensure timely payment collection.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Minimum 2 years experience as Service Advisor.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Good PC skills.
- SCE certification is required.
