About the Role
The Showroom Supervisor plays a key role in managing daily showroom operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and driving sales performance. This role requires a proactive leader with strong communication skills, the ability to motivate teams, and a passion for delivering high-quality service. The ideal candidate will oversee product displays, monitor inventory, support sales staff, and maintain the company’s brand standards across all customer touchpoints. The Showroom Supervisor contributes directly to achieving sales targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure a smooth customer flow.
- Supervise and support sales staff to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of product presentation, cleanliness, and showroom organization.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the warehouse team, and ensure product availability.
- Train new team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service protocols.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with management to implement promotional activities and improve showroom performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, retail supervision, or showroom management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
