• Provide technical consultation for clients regarding system selection, installation, and maintenance.
  

• Assist the sales team in customizing solutions to meet project requirements.
  

• Perform system configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure seamless performance.
  

• Conduct onsite and remote training sessions for customers and internal teams.
  

• Develop technical documentation, including installation manuals and maintenance guidelines.
  

• Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to improve system efficiency and innovation.
  

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
  

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in building automation and smart technologies.
  
  

• Requirements:
  

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics engineering.
  

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in application engineering, technical support, or system integration.
  

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  

• Hands-on experience with CAD software, technical drawings, and system documentation.
  

• Excellent customer service and communication skills to explain complex technical concepts.
  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects.
  

• Familiarity with smart building technologies and automated control systems is a plus.
