Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new business opportunities within the FM industry.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term partnerships.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets.
Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
Lead contract negotiations and finalize agreements with potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high quality service delivery.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development within the Facility Management sector.
Strong client relationship management and networking skills.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Relevant FM certifications (e.g., FMP, CFM, or equivalent) are a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
