Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) to oversee industrial and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical and instrumentation systems, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects from inception to completion while ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

• Responsibilities:
  

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of electrical and instrumentation projects within defined timelines and budgets.
  

• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and control systems.
  

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry regulations, and quality standards.
  

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop effective solutions.
  

• Manage communication with stakeholders, contractors, and team members.
  

• Optimize resource allocation and manage project costs effectively.
  
  

• Qualifications & Experience:
  

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
  

• Minimum 8 years of experience in E&I project management, preferably in industrial, oil & gas, or construction sectors.
  

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and automation technologies.
  

• Familiarity with international standards (IEC, NEC, NFPA, etc.) and safety regulations.
  

• Experience in managing PLC/DCS systems, SCADA, and other control systems.
  

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and project management software.
  

• PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.
  

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  

• Valid driving license and ability to travel as needed.
  
  

• Preferred Experience:
  

• Hands-on experience in ARAMCO or GCC oil & gas projects is highly desirable.
