Description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled General Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in machine operations, waste management, and general maintenance tasks to support smooth day-to-day operations.

• Responsibilities:
  

• Sort and separate green waste containers for proper recycling and disposal.
  

• Maintain and clean machines and surrounding work areas for efficiency and safety.
  

• Record and track key operational data, such as watering logs and bulk density measurements.
  

• Assist customers by correctly filling and packaging bags.
  

• Operate shredding machines and other industrial equipment.
  

• Inspect and assess food waste contamination for compliance and quality control.
  

• Ensure proper maintenance of drainage systems and trenches in coordination with pest control teams.
  

• Perform technical tasks, including basic AC system servicing and plumbing work.
  

• Conduct general repairs and maintenance to keep equipment and systems in top condition.
  
  

• Qualifications:
  

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  

• Experience in maintenance, operations, recycling, or agriculture is a plus.
  

• Knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems is an advantage.
  

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  

• Basic proficiency in English.
