• Key Responsibilities:
  

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  

• Support team collaboration by fostering open communication and team spirit.
  

• Remove project blockers to ensure smooth delivery of project milestones.
  

• Collaborate with product owners to refine and manage the product backlog. Track and report on team progress and project status.
  

• Encourage continuous improvement and Agile best practices within the team.
  

• Mentor team members to enhance their Agile understanding and skills.
  
  

• Requirements:
  

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
  

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  

• Scrum certification is a must.
  

• Ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
  

• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  

• Collaborative mindset with a passion for team success.
  
  

• Preferred Qualifications:
  

• Experience in Agile coaching.
  

• Background in leading cross-functional teams.
  

• Familiarity with tools like Jira or Trello.
