About the Role
Responsible for supervising, coordinating and executing on‑site construction activities to ensure project delivery according to approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and timelines. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage subcontractors and resolve site challenges efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with project plans and engineering standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain workflow and resolve technical issues.
- Review and interpret civil, electrical, or mechanical drawings and ensure accurate implementation on site.
- Monitor material delivery, quality, and usage to prevent delays or wastage.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality benchmarks.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Identify risks, propose corrective actions, and ensure timely execution of work.
- Ensure all work aligns with Saudi building codes and project specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in site execution within contracting or construction companies.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and team‑coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities simultaneously.
