About the Role
The Skilled Trainer & Evaluation Analyst is responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating technical training programs for oil & gas field personnel. This role ensures that employees meet competency standards required for Aramco projects by conducting assessments, preparing training materials, and analyzing performance gaps. The Trainer designs structured learning modules, conducts classroom and on‑site training, and evaluates workforce skills to support continuous improvement. The position requires strong instructional design capabilities, deep technical knowledge of oil & gas operations, and the ability to assess and certify field competencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver technical training programs for field operators, technicians, and supervisors.
- Conduct competency assessments, skills evaluations, and performance audits for operational staff.
- Prepare training materials, manuals, presentations, and evaluation tools aligned with Aramco standards.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend targeted training interventions to improve workforce capability.
- Maintain training records, certification logs, and evaluation reports.
- Conduct on‑site coaching, hands‑on demonstrations, and practical assessments.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure training content reflects current field requirements.
- Ensure all training activities comply with HSE and quality management systems.
- Monitor trainee progress and provide structured feedback for improvement.
- Support organizational development initiatives through workforce competency mapping.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in technical training, competency evaluation, or field operations in the oil & gas industry.
- Strong understanding of drilling, rigless, production, or maintenance operations.
- Experience with Aramco competency frameworks is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional design skills.
- Ability to conduct both classroom and field‑based training.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Education, or related field (preferred).
