About the Role
The Staff Nurse plays a critical role in delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care across assigned clinical departments at Dallah Hospital Alahsa. The nurse is responsible for assessing patient needs, planning and implementing nursing interventions, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring safe, compassionate, and evidence‑based care in alignment with hospital policies and Saudi healthcare standards.
This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and enhance overall patient experience. The Staff Nurse must demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to continuous improvement while maintaining the highest standards of safety and infection control.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients based on individualized care plans.
- Conduct patient assessments, record vital signs, and document clinical findings accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments safely in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in health status.
- Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and emergency interventions.
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and patient safety standards.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, post‑care instructions, and health maintenance.
- Ensure proper use of medical equipment and report any malfunctions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver coordinated, high‑quality care.
- Participate in continuous training, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant department.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Immediate joining availability.
- Willingness to relocate and live permanently in Al Ahsa.
- Valid Iqama and Saudi Health License (SCFHS).
