About the Role
Oversees telecom installation activities, ensuring proper execution of cabling, equipment installation, and testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead telecom technicians in daily tasks
- Assist in fiber optic cable pulling, termination, and splicing
- Install telecom devices, cabinets, and racks
- Support testing and commissioning teams
- Maintain work quality and safety compliance
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Telecom
- 3–5 years experience in telecom installation
- Hands‑on experience with fiber optics and structured cabling
- Ability to read basic telecom drawings
