About the Role
Supervises telecom technicians and ensures proper installation, testing, and maintenance of telecom systems on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise telecom installation teams
- Monitor daily work progress and ensure quality compliance
- Conduct site inspections and testing activities
- Coordinate with engineers for technical requirements
- Ensure safety and adherence to project specifications
Requirements:
- Diploma in Telecom/Electronics
- 4–6 years experience in telecom fieldwork
- Strong leadership and site coordination skills
- Knowledge of fiber splicing, cable routing, and telecom equipment
